Founder and currently the only full-time member of our team, Dr Maguire has a wealth of experience in Scientific Research, real world applications and communicating this to a wide range of audiences. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science from the Queen’s University of Belfast in 2016 with an Honours Classification in Research, Daniel went on to work in industry in commercial Molecular Biology laboratories focused on Clinical Research and Predictive Biomarker development. Daniel then returned to the world of academia in 2018, focusing his research on Sleep and how it relates to physical and mental health, for which he was awarded a Doctorate of Philosophy by the University of Ulster in 2021. Following completion of his doctorate, Daniel returned once again to the world of industry where he currently works as a Senior Clinical Research Specialist in Medical Technology, focusing on Surgical clinical trials.
